Improve organic search visibility for a portfolio of B2B and local service businesses, across different markets and levels of existing search presence.
The approach
From idea to interface.
Keyword research and prioritisation, content programmes built around the questions those customers actually searched, and technical fixes on the pages that needed to rank. Progress was tracked per keyword over months rather than judged on a single snapshot.

Constraints
What made it harder.
- White-label arrangement - the agency held the client relationship and the reporting, so the outcomes are theirs to publish, not mine
- Client identities, keyword sets and link data are covered by NDA and are not published
- Markets ranged from established brands to sites with effectively no search presence at the start
Decisions
Choices worth explaining.
Publish the experience, not the clients' numbers
The results were good, but they belong to the agency and its clients. Listing this as experience is honest. Putting their figures on my own portfolio without written permission would not be.
